The common area is shared with two other male roommates who and are quiet and respectful. It features an in unit washer dryer, full kitchen and a couch with a TV. Hello!I am looking for someone to take over my bath lease at The Grove after the fall semester ends at the University of Idaho. I have decided to transfer to the dorms in the spring, so I will need someone to take over the lease. This lease will expire on , but can of course be renewed as desired.According to the leasing office, the exact unit assigned may not be the one I am currently inhabiting, but will still be a bath unit. You would be assigned roommates based on a roommate "survey" of sorts, which would be filled out during the transfer process, so you will be matched with people that best align with your personality and habits!The unit itself comes fully furnished, including but not limited to:A full XL size bed, desk + chair, dresser, sofas and chairs in the living room, dining table, and a washer and dryer in the unit itself (which are actually really effective).All utilities are included besides electricity (which has been pretty cheap so far), including internet (with ethernet in the bedrooms!), water, sewer, dishwasher, and trash pickup (there are collections bins outside each unit, so you don't have to walk to the dumpsters). There is also central air originating from the kitchen, which has served me quite well so far.The complex itself is gated, with on- management and maintenance (even an emergency crew), a pool, dog park (very pet friendly), picnic area, and more! The majority of the residents here are college students, both University of Idaho and Washington State University (the rent is cheaper here than in Pullman, WA), but all individuals are welcome.Your rent is an even $ per month, no extra fees, billed at the first of each month (I will of course pay the December rent).
