It is a bath apartment in the professional housing section of Fox Ridge, on the top floor with no noisy neighbors. There is a balcony with a sliding door, dishwasher, and a washer + dryer in unit, and is also located right next to the Huckleberry Trail with significant green space around the building. While I do not know the exact cost that a new tenant would pay under current rates or when applying promotional deals for the complex, I am also offering to cover 2 months of rent (~$) for whoever takes over the lease for me, as I would like to get it off my hands as soon as possible ahead of my move.
