UTILITIES INCLUDED (female preferred)Quiet neighborhood right next to Historic Downtown Wilkeson. This house is shared with myself and another room mate who has 3 kids. The kids are very respectful and fun and are here from Wednesday through Saturday each week. This property also has 4 barn cats that live outside and one that lives inside due to health problems. Due to this I can’t allow any more pets on the property. The bathroom will be shared with myself. There is a wrap around porch with seating, a hot tub, and a grill that anyone is welcome to use. Downtown is within walking distance where you can grab the famous Carlson Block Pizza. Or you can grab a cocktail ice cream at The Goodness Sisters. Walking/biking trail is right next to the area. A skate park, and an elementary school.
