Hey! My name is Ian and i’m looking for 2 roommates to help fill out a house on the top of Bradley Street next year with leases starting on June 1st. I am a low key guy and usually out of the house working, snowboarding, fishing, backpacking, or hiking. I am clean and organized but don’t have issues with varying levels of cleanliness. Typically I get up around and sometimes come home late due to work but I am quiet and won’t disturb those who are in bed earlier as my current roommates do .The house is at the top of Bradley street and is less than .2 miles from UVM campus. Rent is $ per person and we only pay for electrical and wifi which end up being around $ per person. Heat is included and strong in the winter! The house comes with 1 parking spot in the back lot and permit parking on Bradley street through the town.
