My roommate and I are looking for someone to rent out a room in a bath apartment in Oakland by the Caldecott tunnel, about two miles from the Rockridge Bart station, in August. While the unit is pet friendly, additional pets will have to be discussed with roommates continuing the lease. It is approximately square feet with a large closet making it quite spacious. The unit has a washer/ dryer and a dishwasher! The Washer and Dryer are located upstairs in the unit. Chip (They/Them) is a working professional that works a hybrid schedule in media and video production. They are down to earth and enjoy playing video games and watching their shows when not working. They have a cat named Piglet that roams the downstairs of the apartment.Piglet (Miss/Ma’am) a year old Diva that enjoys food and relaxing. She will visit you in the kitchen and beg for food, especially if you are making chicken.
