I use it to wash dishes, do laundry and to bathe in but I drink from bottled water. You may want to do the same. There is a grocery store within a couple of miles where you can fill jugs for $ a gallon. The bathroom is very small. The kitchen and refrigerator are available for your use.

If it's just 1 moving in you would have your own bathroom if 2 move in you will share the bathroom but have your own separate living spaces.
