Home comes with living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, garage, fenced in backyard with hot tub and patio. About me: year old female. I'm a music producer and business owner who works at home in my music studio. I generally work between pm. Very laid back, drama free, responsible, can be open and friendly but can also keep to myself. I have a small bichon/poodle who's extremely friendly, cuddly, and gets a little hyper at times. He'll likely get attached to you so the roommate definitely must love dogs. Open to female or male roommate. Looking for someone who works outside of the house as I'm working from home. No smokers and no couples please.
