I originally bought the house last year with a friend, but a mental health crisis has put us in the position of needing to find folx to move in to help with the mortgage. Utilities, internet, and City services come out to $ each month depending on the usage of electricity, heating, and air. I like to play music while I’m in the shower, and have my headphones in while working. Together, we would come up with Community Agreements to live by and a chores list. I would be responsible for any repairs.
