Hey! I'm a F looking for a similarly aged roommate! Your costs will be half of the rent () plus a little help on the power and internet bills. That's it! I have a spare room that has a closet and half bath (the water isn't hooked up but that can be fixed if need be!) The room is a little small but is plenty enough for one person.
