Room for rent in Woodland Hills home. Current occupants are two men who both work full time ages . The house is kept clean and is an overall positive living environment in an excellent area. The room for rent is the front room in the home. One of the larger of the three. This room shares a bathroom with the other adjacent room. Bathroom is always kept very clean. The house has a fully renovated, air conditioned and carpeted garage used for entertaining/recreation. The garage also has an additional refrigerator used for storing extra food. The driveway is large and can fit several cars. The backyard is large as well and has a fully functioning barbecue and grill.
