The townhouse is bedrooms, 3 full baths. 1 large outdoor deck. The room is a master bedroom with an attached full bathroom. The common areas are a fully equipped kitchen and living room as well as a dining room. I have 2 small dogs, 2 small cats. And will allow 1 small dog or cat if for an addition a month. I have an auto litter robot your cat can also share. And there is a gated small area outside for dogs to go potty. I am a year old male. Single father, and have a 3 year old son 4 days a month. I may consider someone with a child depending on the situation. I am looking for 1 individual male or female to rent the room out. I would like you to have secure income and the ability to prove that. I’m currently vetting people interested and setting up in person public meetings and then I will allow you to see the house in person. I would like to have someone move in this month if possible.
