I’m looking for someone who would like to team up and extend my current roommates lease with me at Chapel View in Chapel Hill. Our lease ends on March but she didn’t notify me in time so essentially I have to extend my lease. I’d like to try to meet and find someone by January/February. We have a pool, gym, yoga room, dog wash station, dark park, playground, outside activities such as tennis, and hammock spot. We just moved so not to much stuff in here but a couch is on its way and we have a tv for the front room. There’s wood floors everywhere and carpet in the bedrooms both the bedrooms have a private bathroom in them .

The apartment gets lots of natural light and is in an amazing location, convenient access to 2 major highways, Perimeter Mall, and even restaurants and shopping within walking distance. You’d think for such a great location, it would be a loud neighborhood but it’s actually really peaceful. We’re on the top floor so no noisy overhead neighbors! Our building has access to covered parking as well. A bit about me, I’m a musician, actor, and graphic designer and I have one cat (5 years old). Pets are welcome as long as they’re friendly and respectful! My kiddo would love to have a friend to play with 🐾 We keep a really clean and tidy house and hope you are looking for that, too.
