Looking for a responsible student or working professional roommate in our house located in a safe and beautiful gated community with community pool. Home atmosphere is clean and calm. Utilities and WiFi included in rent price with washer and dryer available. No couples but pets are welcome. We are less than 5 minutes from several grocery stores. 7 minutes from Paradise Valley Community College, and 9 minutes from Deer Valley airport.
