we have 2 standard size rooms available to rent in our ish square foot house sporting 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. amenities include washer and dryer, fully fenced private backyard, fully outfitted kitchen, as well as other shared spaces like the living room, small dining area, and a shared open office/craft space. property is pet friendly with some restrictions and in a quiet easy going family friendly neighborhood.*while I’m working on getting updated photos of the rooms our current roomies are in the process of moving out so there hasn’t been a good time to take accurate updated photographs. the images provided are from the original listing of the house just to give a general idea of the space available. images provided include the two spare bedrooms as well as a couple shared spaces. shared spaces are already furnished, the bedrooms will not be upon your moving in.hello!
