Home has a backyard, 2 car garage, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven/stove, fenced in backyard, a mid sized home gym, and a blowup jacuzzi. Every room will be accessible to you, except for my bedroom. I have two larger dogs, so no more pets.

The room is small but the closet is a nice size. As I said you must, must, must love dogs. No animals of your own. My dogs will protect you and love you as long as you do the same for them. They are my everything and any harm to them in anyway will not be tolerated! I’m outside alot but feel free to come chill any time you like. I’m pretty quiet but I do enjoy music. I Don’t have hardly any company at all. And I prefer the same from you. Now and again is cool but anything after that won’t work for me. It’s not furnished. Stay outta my food and my stuff as I will do the same! Month to month lease and no bullshit! Pay on time and clean up after yourself and we will get along just fine. Please no drama and childishness! Hi! Im looking for someone to take over my lease at Campus Courts. It’s a private room and bathroom in a 3 bedroom/3bath apartment with two other roommates. Rent is $649. You only pay for electric and it’s through simple bills. It’s close to campus (walking distance if you want), is on the lextran bus route that takes you to UK’s campus. The bedroom is unfurnished but the property has furniture you can rent from them I believe. One roommate has a cat and she’s not the biggest fan of other animals but is sweet! One of the girls work from home during the week. You don’t need to bring any kitchen supplies (pots and pans, utensils, etc.). The girls pretty much already have everything for common areas, and they are VERY CLEAN! They are both seniors, 21 years old, and one is a communications major and the other is a social worker major. Laundry in townhome, bath, 2dogs in home, must be pet friendly, no smoking inside, if you have a pet there’s a pet deposit, fully furnished except dresser, must buy your food, when I’m not working I like to play with my dogs and spend time with family. He likes to play video games and watch tv. Hulu is available for you. There is WiFi and drug free home except what is prescribed to you.
