Features: in-unit washer/dryer, hr concierge, package room, rooftop with grills and seating( with beautiful views), rooftop dog park + washing station, updated appliances (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave), gym, bike room, parking (extra cost), business center, and clubhouse. Pets: pets are allowed! You would just have to notify the leasing manager during the application period and pay the pet rent deposit and subsequent monthly pet rent. If you have a service pet, those fees are waived.Location: Conveniently located in front of the U St Metro Stop (on the green line) with various bus lines nearby (, , Woodley Park Adams Morgan Circulator).
