The house is a Victorian home in Alameda. With an upstairs and a downstairs until, I own the house and live upstairs. The downstairs unit has 3 bedrooms, one bath, with a finished living room and a kitchen. There is currently a gentleman living in one of the bedrooms. I am renting two rooms to either a couple, friends or an individual. Please note that that two rooms are attached to each other. Please message for questions.

Private bedroom and separate bathroom available. People may occasionally use the bathroom, but the tub/shower are just for the room. The room is currently furnished, but can be delivered empty.
