Safe and quiet community with ample street and free driveway parking. Utilities including WiFi, gas, electricity, water, trash, washer, dryer, central A/C, central heating, etc. are an extra $ per month if the tenants are mindful of their usages. We have a treadmill and weights facilities that is counted as a mini gym. Free to use the living room and huge backyard. Limited kitchen use. Access to a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, air fryer, grill, dishwasher, etc. Seeking organized, neat, clean and quiet tenants.
