The monthly rent will be pro-rated from the date you sign (meaning you’ll only pay for the portion of the month you’re actually living there).3. Amenities include access to a gym/fitness center, discounted on- parking, hr laundry access, secure mailbox and package room.4. Each room is incredibly spacious, with abundant closet space.Who we are looking for:We prefer a male Yale affiliate. If you’re the kind of roommate who doesn’t leave dishes in the sink and actually wipes down the counter after cooking, we’ll get along great!Crown Towers is centrally located in relation to the university, and around a 5 minute walk from the medical school. It puts you inside a less than -minute walking bubble for almost everything, and it’s still under a mile to the more distant Science Hill disciplines. It has its own campus shuttle stop.
