Unit is owned by a private landlord- he is amazing and always responds quickly! In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and garage included in monthly rent. Utilities range from $ (higher in winter). Neighborhood is highly walkable and the Platt Park farmer's market a few blocks away. I'm a fairly laid back roommate- I prefer to keep the space clean and tidy. I do have a small chihuahua-terrier mix that can be a bit barky- but he makes up for it in cuddles! He loves people and children.

This is a sqft home with a 3 garage/driveway. This is the master bedroom for rent.The main part of the house will be available of course. Full Kitchen and living room. Washer and dryers are up stairs and open for use at any time. I also plan on keeping a guest room available up stairs that would be open to use if anyone ever wants to come visit or “crash” for a night.
