The open bedroom is a bit on the smaller side, and doesn’t have a closet, as well as it shares a bathroom with my roommate downstairs. BUT, this house is in an amazing location, and it has a lovely porch, fenced in backyard (with a grill and fire), parking spot in the alley, 2 garages, and a huge basement with a pool table and washer/dryer. We absolutely LOVE this house. It’s fully furnished, as well as the kitchen (pots/pans/plates/etc.) We are both very quiet and keep to ourselves but also love to go out and do fun things, or stay inside and have cozy movie/pool nights. Hey there! Me and my dog Cooper are looking for a roommate at a house I own in the Nokomis neighborhood of south Minneapolis. $ covers rent, utilities, and a driveway spot. Garage spot available in the spring. This is a great space if you’re an artist type and/or play music as I’ve got my drums, amps, and fender Rhodes in the basement. Unfortunately I can’t take in another animal as Cooper is king of the castle and the space isn’t big enough for two pets. I’m a M-F pm work from home type and keep things mellow at home. My party days are way behind me. I also have a cleaning crew come in once a month. The spare room is currently my office but is a room with a small closet.
