Looking for a female roommate! I’m a year old (female) masters student looking for someone clean, responsible, and respectful to move into the condo with me. It’s $ a month including utilities with a $ security deposit. The condo has lake views and a community pool with lake views + a tennis court. There is also an in unit washer and dryer and all appliances are up to date/new. You will have your own bathroom that comes with a shower and bathtub. There is also a spacious walk-in closet + outlets on each wall of your room. You will also have access to all shared spaces in the condo (living room, kitchen, screened in patio). At the moment the condo is pretty unfurnished, so if you have furniture that’s great. I am also saving up to furnish it as well!
