The room is shared with one other female the rent will cost roughly around $ a month with utilities included plus a one time fee of $ to be added to the lease, if you do have a car there will be an additional fee of $ added a month. The room comes with a restroom inside. You will have access to your side of the kitchen plus fridge. The apartment comes with a balcony. The block C apartments are equipped with a pool, gym and individual study rooms. This block C apartments are the closets to campus and right next to the dorms. Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to move into my apartment in Carlsbad near Stagecoach Park, by October 1st. You would have your own detached bathroom. The apartment is on the second floor and has in unit washer & dryer, a decent sized balcony with two storage closets on the sides, a dishwasher and granite countertops. The apartment complex is pet friendly and has two separate pools, a gym, and laundry facilities in case you need to wash bigger loads. I’m attaching some photos from the (there is no carpet at all in the apartment). I currently live in the master bedroom with my ESA Jasper who is 6 years old. He’s a love bug and will be your best friend! Some info about me: I’m , I love to read, love going to concerts, spending time outside, and am a bit of a homebody. I work full time in the medical field as a front desk/ ophthalmic technician and usually just want to unwind at home after work.
