I’m also open to someone who would like a reduced rent for doing some work around here, but it has to be a knowledgeable carpenter.All Utilities are included including internet.It is furnished with a twin size bed (new sheets and comforter set), night stand, dresser and smart tv. We will be bringing a small couch in as well. The bathroom will be shared.It is an absolute must that you love dogs. I have 3 very friendly dogs and one indoor cat. (Cat stays in my room) I keep a clean home and my pets will not be your responsibility. I also have three horses here that will not be your responsibility.
