I work from home and I like the flexibility of living in a city. I keep to myself for the most part, I workout very often, practice martial arts during the week, and practice the guitar. I also cook for all my meals so I can be busy in the kitchen but I am used to cleaning up after myself. I am a clean person I don't like having a mess laying around, I don't own any pets but I do dog sit for some extra cash so sometimes my clothes will have dog hair on them. I make around 4k a month and have never missed a payment at any places I've stayed.

Looking for a room to rent asap until July-August. I have a girlfriend and we have a dog and cats. Our pets are very friendly and well trained. We are very clean as well and we switch off some days in doing house chores. We are always deposit ready if it is the cost of the room for a move in fee upfront.
