Room is available now. Serene home, located at the heart of San Diego, Villa Portofino Community in Tierrasanta. It is near SDSU, USD, San Diego International Airport, downtown SD and 20 minutes away from Coronado Beach, & Mission Valley Beach. Amenities: Swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, basketball court, jogging area, club house, 24/7 Security Guard on duty. Searching to rent a room to a responsible, neat, clean, organized individual without a criminal background. No smoking, no street drugs, NO PETS will be permitted. SHOES OFF WHEN IN THE HOUSE. 😉 Laundry room is within. Kitchen is available for cooking, but you must provide your own food, and cleaning after your self is a must. I will not provide for your necessities, (Toilet paper, body soap, shampoo, bottled water, laundry detergent, clothes softener, and what ever else you need). Free WIFI, + UTILITIES. But if you use the airconditioned, + $100.00 a month.
