Hi everyone! My name’s Naomi, I’m a twenty four year old woman looking for one female roommate to sign a twelve month lease starting May. The apartment is a BR unit with a balcony. Total base rent is hundred forty dollars per month, with WiFi included at no extra cost. The split of the rent is negotiable as there is one room that is slightly bigger with a walk-in closet and the other one has a regular closet. Utilities would be split evenly. It’s located in a safe neighborhood in the heart of Glen Burnie with shopping centers that have restaurants, grocery stores, etc within walking distance! I’m looking for someone who values a safe, respectful, clean, and comfortable living environment and is communicative and reliable with rent and shared responsibilities.
