Technically, I'm not looking for a roommate, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a room in an apartment complex (this was the closest option that had). I'm looking for 1 girl to take over my lease at Rittenhouse Station in Newark, DE from January (ends July st). Rittenhouse Station is an apartment complex that is near the University of Delaware (UD) campus. The room is free for the month of January.
