Renting out a room in my condo. The room is ’ has a walk in closet and your own bathroom. The bedroom is furnished. The common areas are the dining room and kitchen. Laundry is on at the end of the building. Parking is in a parking lot. I do have a cat so you will need to be okay with that. No dogs.
