Furnished private suite with Front entrance + private bathroom in a newer 4‑bed home. The suite is sealed off / separated from the rest of the house for privacy. Tenant can keep use the 2nd refrigerator in the garage for personal use and has a small section for storage. Laundry/kitchen access as needed. Room to put small fridge with microwave in private hallway if needed. Smart house has cameras for safety as do all the neighbors. Additional person $ extra a month up to 2 in the room. I use the garage for home entrance, we never go through the front. Will work with a fixed budget.
