There’s also driveway parking, washer and dryer, fridge space, and both a closet and linen closet for your use.Our home is located inside the quiet, gated community of Fairfield Harbour, surrounded by nature with walking trails, marinas, game lands, and a golf course nearby. Downtown New Bern is just minutes away, offering plenty of restaurants, shops, and waterfront charm.We prefer a female roommate, though couples are welcome for an additional fifty dollars a month to for increased utilities.
