Hi! I have owned my bathroom home since and I am looking for a roommate. The house is a roughly sqft cape cod- you would have the upstairs to yourself- bedroom with full bath attached. The upstairs is heated and cooled by a mini-split, so you have full temp control up there! I added the second bath upstairs myself and it's very spacious. The ceilings are slanted, but the bedroom is still a pretty good size. It is currently furnished, but if you would prefer for me to move furniture out then I am happy to do so! I have two somewhat rambunctious but very friendly medium sized dogs- Hank and Holly :) They are both herding dog mixes. I also have a dog door and fenced-in back yard. They are good with other dogs, but unfortunately Hank likes to chase cats. I work as a community organizer for an educator union. I have the option to work from home so my schedule varies a fair amount. My boyfriend stays over periodically but other than that I don't often have guests at the house. He owns a home down the street so it is easy to be flexible on how often he stays here. I am politically progressive, and I enjoy house projects, cooking, and other homebody activities like watching tv, playing videogames, or working on a puzzle. I try to keep the house as clean as possible, although with two dogs it can be difficult to keep up with the dog hair. I vacuum at least a couple times a week though and do a decent all-over clean of the house once a week. I'm ideally looking for a female roommate roughly within my age range (I'm ). The rent would be $ which includes all utilities (water, electric, and internet). The common areas are also fully furnished, but if you have particular furniture you want to bring we can figure something out so that you can really feel at home :)
