I am professional guy in the IT Project Management field and run a couple different companies in Construction, Transportation and Health Services. I graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Construction Management. I have rental properties in the Houston area including the one on the list that I do occupy and also lease rooms on both short term and longterm basis. I work from home but also have to run in and out of the house taking care of business. I am very clean and expect cleanliness from anyone I let into my home. I stay by myself but I am also conversational. I love to cook, workout and go out when time permits. Just looking for decent, respectful and reliable roommates / tenants.
