Hi everyone! We are currently looking for two roommates to move into our bath house in the Tempe Gardens neighborhood, about a 5-minute drive to ASU’s Tempe campus. We both graduated from ASU this past May and are hoping to find two people to move in as soon as this month, but we are flexible with timing.Rent is $/month per room, with utilities split evenly among the house. Both available rooms come furnished with a bed frame, mattress, desk, and chair.
