I am a year old retired nurse and have alway been comfortable in port orange / Daytona area.?was in this area a lot my brother, he died in the summer of . All I need is a room, some days I’m a recluse and others I can walk the beach all day. very very quiet… if something bothers you let me know..this is your home and I want it be a pleasant experience. Would like to stay February and stay till end of April, will pay for all … if we agree the situation wis workin for both of us, then return in January my husband may come down, but we would stay at a hotel while he is here.i need something close to the beach or public transportation
