Hello my name is Arena. I born to and was raised by Caribbean parents. I’m originally from Brooklyn NY. I have a ambivert. I’m charismatic/outgoing but can keep to myself, depending on your vibe. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included. I offer a 3 months lease initially, however depending on your living habits I can increase for long term. I love to play music throughout the weekend, if I’m home. I have two clean cats named Indigo and Iris. I can restrict them when I’m not home if that’s preferable. There are a few house rules to encourage safety, cleanliness, a harmonious lifestyle for my roommates. I’m eventually placing a washer and dryer in the house. Access to the washer and dryer are NOT included in your lease, however we can discuss payment and usage. This to avoid me a high water bill without compensation. We are all grown, so PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME! Please do not contact me if you do not have some sort of steady income and if you aren’t a responsible adult. I do ask that the common areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. FOURTWENTY friendly but please address your vibes in the yard or in the garage. RESPECT & COMMON COURTESY ARE A MUST! I don’t tolerate any discrimination of any kind. I love to cook and eat with people, depending on your personality. I’m about protecting my peace and energy, so if you’re a messy person both inside and out, my house is NOT the place for you. So yeah I think that pretty much sums it up.
