Hello! I am a student from Macalester College who is looking for subletters for my beautiful house for the time between December to August . Our house is on osceola in Saint Paul. It's a very spacious home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 on the first floor and 2 in the basement. The basement is fully renovated with heated floors. There is lots of natural light and wood flooring throughout the house. The back patio area has outdoor seating with two large tables. There is a unit upstairs with friendly neighborhoods. We are a 7 minute walk to the A line and close to coffee shop (Roots Roastings), art store and liquor store (Scott's Liquor). The owners are very responsive and lawn mowing/snow shoveling services are included in the rent. The rent is around $ without utilities, but utilities never exceed $ . I have attached some photos. This is an adorable studio found downtown Eau Claire. They accept pets. There is parking on the property. There is no in unit wash and dryer. You are responsible for you garbage as well. However, it’s an adorable place perfect for anyone wanting to live alone, and maintenance is great at getting things done immediately! It’s close to so many different food places that are within walking distance! Unsure of how big it is, but if anyone is interested and would want to go a walk through we sure can!
