You will also have access to all the shared spaces such as the kitchen, den, living, and dining rooms. There is storage in the backyard as well and under the stairs should they need to be used. The property is gated, and offers one covered car port, with first come unassigned parking area.It’s located near the river walk, across the street from stores, within walking distance to downtown Mesa, the light rail, the shopping center, and the Cubs spring trading camp. It’s near ASU and Mesa community college, with easy access to the highway and airports (PHX, Mesa). The rent is a little high, but I will only be at the Condo twice a year for about a week or two.
