The downstairs is open concept with a spacious kitchen perfect for cooks. Utilities are a flat one hundred dollars a month. I also live here, a forty-four year old man, and my year old daughter, our two year old Boston Terrier, and our other roommate’s friendly cat and small dog. All of them are very well behaved and the dogs never barks. A second room in the house is also rented to a twenty-four year old gay man who is the perfect roommate and spends most of his time at work or in their room.
