Most of the house will already be furnished, and there is a big yard with a garden, grass and patio perfect for evening sunsets or a backyard bbq. The front bathroom would be yours to use, which has a clawfoot tub, and a shared shower in the back. Additionally, there is a two car driveway (one for me and one for you). Brand new washer and dryer in the garage (June 2026). My parents who own the house are moving to Washington this July, so I am looking for someone to move in with me in August.
