I have a cozy one bedroom available in the quiet hoot hills of SW Portland. The unit comes with a patio/deck, parking spot, hour access to a Sauna and Gym facilities. The unit is within 5 minutes of major highways/public transportation and is minutes away from grocery stores. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher as well as a garbage disposal and an abundance of storage space.

Willing to trade a few months for Tattoo Artist work. This will be a month to month, ideal for someone only looking for a few months. Room has private bathroom, new AC and Heating units, all utilities are included. Including high speed internet. Sorry no cats or dogs, I already have two rescues a Boston terrier and a cat. You must meet them and be okay with them. Willing to lower monthly rent for the right fit or for someone that doesn’t require a closet. If not room is the price after I clear my old storage closet.
