Pretty spacious bath. Apartment is on the th floor with a view high rise view of New Rochelle, NY. Located conveniently right next to train station for easy commute to NYC😊. Gym included in apartment. The pet furniture/decor is from previous roommate. Pet might be allowed depending on size and type of pet. Price is including parking, utilities, amenities. Etc. I am quiet, clean, I keep to myself, and looking for a similar roommate.

Two bedroom apartment with one room available for rent. Water and heat is included, all other utilities we have to pay for. No laundry in the building but laundromats nearby. Great location, right across the street from CVS and DeCiccos, Trader Joes right near by, and a lot of other stores and restaurants as well. Train station is also walking distance away - 5min away by car. First month security deposit is required. No pets are allowed. (My old roommate was made an exception for his bearded dragon) but no cats or dogs.
