There’s a shared bathroom and kitchen space.Rent is $495 a month including all utilities/Wi-Fi etc. due 1st of the month.It's cheap, safe, quiet, month to month rent with all utilities included (internet/cable).About me and the other roommate: I’m 23, he's 20, both straight males, we work and are gone most of the time except for sleeping. Both quiet, reserved and mind our own business. Work, fitness, real estate, and business are my main interests and what I am focused on at this point in my life. He's a flooring apprentice, works a lot, as well as travels for work some of the time. You must make 3xs the rent.
