Large deck overlooking the woods with Jacuzzi and nature trails. South Auburn/Newcastle, miles from highway . Smaller bedroom is rented by year old vegan and 8yr old dog. Must be ok with dogs and I will consider a dog depending on disposition. Huge back storage area that you can make into your own storage or men/women cave. The granny flat is under a sq foot house with your own private entrance and will be available December 1st. Internet, water and sewer included. $ for electricity per month. Furnished common space and master bedroom with queen bed and dressers but can remove those if you want your own. Beautiful house in Grand Oaks neighborhood with a family of 4 that lives in the main house above including a year old. We work from home so would prefer it to stay pretty quiet and don’t want parties. Smoking is ok outside. Would prefer a 6 month lease. Roommate in shared space travels to music festivals in the summer for work and is gone basically months out of the year.
