The room is clean and fully furnished with walk in closet, dresser, night stand and in flat screen mounted on wall. The bathroom is shared with one other tenant who is very clean. Washer & dryer is on same floor as bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. All utilities included( water,internet, gas and electric).

This arrangement can either be short or long-term (no lease agreement required). The 2 rooms available are furnished, and WiFi is included. The house is still practically new, so you wont find a single stain on the carpets or markings on the walls. The house is always smelling good, and will prefer it stays that way! Hartsfield airport is about minutes away (convenient for traveling nurses & other professions that are always in the air/on the road). I’m a reasonable person, but don’t take advantage of it…RESPECT IS KEY! ……If all that describes you then hmu I’ll respond with my d!g!ts so we can schedule a visit ( 1superiordisposal at g-m4!l )NO Loud Ratchet people, NO hood bums/criminals, NO petty immature ppl with drama surrounding them (yelling on the phone at ungodly hours of the night)…..….just chill good vibes only, a place of peace, NOT chaos! Recent proof of income required, keep the visitors to a minimum, Pay on time ( excuses or sob stories tolerated), smokers (whether gas or cigs) keep it in the back “patio”, that’s your business. Payments MUST be made weekly (in order to avoid rental laws; that way evictions are quick and not requiring court intervention). Either way, worst case scenario I’ll eat a misdemeanor arrest with pleasure, rather than let a squatter overstay their welcome. So if you know you’re the late payment type, avoid this ad; you wont last long here. Couples pay extra and NO CHILDREN will be allowed to stay overnight (short visits are fine); reason for that is to respect everyone’s quiet time and sleep schedules.

I’m ok with any of my 3 rooms being used. 1 room has a small closet but a half bathroom, 1 room has a large closet with 2 windows, and I have the bedroom shown in the pictures.
