I will be out of the country for months doing missionary work and need someone to sublet my apartment for the months I am gone from October through mid-December. I have a roommate and so you would be living with another person. We are Christians and would prefer a fellow believer as a roommate. Partying, drinking and smoking are not a part of our lifestyle and we are looking for someone who lives in the same way. The room is already furnished and again would only be a temporary place to stay because I return December th.

One queen has private bath (unavailable) for $ monthly. King (unavailable) and other queen (available) has shared bath with one other tenant. Use of all common areas and community amenities. Home has a private hot tub, gym and movie room. Use of kitchen frig and extra garage frig. Also kitchen pantry space. We request you label your food. Our now smaller family including myself and my husband and our HS age son (who rooms separate downstairs from all upstairs beds) and our 2 spayed female 8 year old dogs. NO OTHER PETS ALLOWED. Tenant parking beside house on street. We do not tolerate excessive noise, drama or unclean and messy tenants. We respect your privacy and expect the same in return. The community is quiet and governed by an HOA. Only 2 entry points so only community traffic. Amenities include a pool, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. Fitness center below clubhouse. Picnic shelter with tables. Lovely interior walking trails and 2 access points to the Irish Buffalo Greenway. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping on property, inside or out. No night shift or remote work. We try to keep house running on similar schedules as possible. No overnight guests without prior request. No drugs! No drama!
