Looking for a roommate for December and ongoing, in the house I'm currently renting, located in North Linden.The open room is on the basement floor at over three hundred square ft. with an attached room good for an office or walk-in closet. There are also 2 smaller rooms on the 1st floor, and you could always use both of these rooms instead if you prefer them over the basement.You'd have full access to the driveway since I park my car on the street. I've got a washer and dryer, and the rest of the house is fully furnished but we can move things around to make space for furniture or anything you want to bring. Rent and deposit are the same cost each. Utilities are separate but you wouldn't need to pay them your first month.

I’m willing to negotiate on the rent price + splitting utilities or we can agree on a set rate where you don’t have to pay extra for utilities if that’s easier. The bedroom already has a queen bed + mattress with antibacterial removable cover and a small night stand but there’s room for a medium sized dresser or tv stand, as well as a closet with double sliding doors. I can put the furniture in storage if you have your own you want to move in. Must be okay with cats in the house, as I have two adult cats that mostly stay in my bedroom. They are very friendly although somewhat shy. The house is big and spread out so it never feels crowded. There are multiple showers that can run simultaneously and a full washer and dryer in the basement you’re free to use as long as you buy your own detergent. We’re generally quiet and laid back, and friendly, just please don’t smoke inside the house. There’s a spacious back porch with shared furniture you’re welcome to use.
