It is a .5 townhome style condo so the bedrooms are on the upper lever. I have a full sized washer and dryer, central air and a cute little outdoor space for the summer time. The community I live in takes care of mowing the grass, shoveling snow, raking, and all other outdoor related tasks. There is a parking lot with many spots and also a spot in the garage if you prefer - all included in the price. It is GREATLY located with easy access to pretty much anywhere in the Denver Metro area.
