We both work in science and tech, enjoy cooking delicious dinners, and spend a lot of our free time in the outdoors. We’re not heavy partiers or drinkers, but have occasional dinner or brunch parties.You will have a private bedroom, a bath shared with another roommate, and access to common areas including kitchen, dining, and two living rooms. We also have a large backyard with patio, grille, and old growth oak trees.We have a sweet golden retriever who is quiet and well-behaved. She loves head scratches and words of affirmation.The location is convenient to several grocery stores and restaurants as well as a bus stop to the metro, INOVA Fairfax, and Mosaic District.We are looking for good communicators who are considerate of shared spaces and who are open to sharing chores to keep the house moderately tidy.
