The house is a bathroom house and is a duplex style, so the basement has a kitchen, bathroom, and an exiting door as well as the first floor. My room is in the basement and the rent is a month, not including utilities. One of my roommates also does have a cat, so we are a pet friendly house. The house is fully furnished, and I would be willing to leave my bed frame and dresser in the room, so you would need to get a mattress.
